I am a full time working mom of two who's husband works shift so either way is never there in the morning. I start work at 10:30 am and need to wake up by 6:30 am every morning to get my two kids ready for school. Our routine is quite hectic in the weekdays and it's tough keeping my kids on task. I have so much trouble getting them out of bed during weekdays, so on the weekend I let them sleep longer.

The best things about spending a quiet and relaxing weekend at home is seeing my kids sleep soundly and wakes up refreshed. There is no greater satisfaction than to spend my morning in our kitchen just preparing heavy and nutritious breakfast for my family. When everything is ready, I just wake them up and surprised them with their favorite breakfast meal. Besides their favorite meals, I prepared "fresh fruit smoothie" to start their day right.

But if I try to just put a bunch of fruit and ice into a blender in hopes of making a smoothie, I'll be a bit disappointed. I'll end up with a lot of noise, I jump everytime I start it and the kids complain to me that it wakes them up because I use it and they said "Mom, It was an exotic way for us to start the day!". Sigh!


My breakfast surprises has always been a disaster because of my old noisy blender! :(

Weather was just beautiful that day, and I'm so lucky, our place looks so nice and cozy during any season, so I can have my little photo shoots there :)

As to the outfit, I have bought this denim jacket at the Vintage Shop somewhere in Manila. The dress is from Pink Fashion of course. I have this in five different prints and it's the only one left. I like its colour and print. I'm so damn happy with it :)

Among my resolutions I decided to dare more with make-up, I want to try and test new products. I only wear easy fresh and natural looking make-up, but unfortunately I always look pale on my photos.
 I want to change my make-up style, but in this sphere, as in the hairstyle sphere, I don't have a lot of experience, but I'll do my best.

 As I was walking in Market! Market! Mall, in the make-up section, a beauty consultant from IN2IT helped me to choose right beauty products, right color and on how to put proper make-up. I really love their BB Cream. She's great! For the outfit, view HERE!

The floral blazer I am wearing is so cute and stylish! I am frequently asked where I got it from and the answer is so simple: it's Pink Fashion! The whole outfit is really nice and comfy, and this is what I value the most.

We love each other every day, he brings me flowers for no special reason, and my computer table and bathroom are filled with flowers everyday. But still, Valentine's Day is so grand to us! Why? because Valentine's Day is a day when we stop a moment and remind ourselves exactly why we fell in love, looking back at all the happy moments spent together and looking forward to many more to come.

Valentine's Day is so different than normal, the whole city is so cool and everyone is happily holding flowers, balloons, chocolates, teddy bears and gifts for their loved ones. A lot of people wearing red, all establishments has different-size heart and cupid cut-outs decorations in red, pink and white and people on the street selling roses. Isn't it so sweet and romantic? That's the magic of Valentine's Day. But we should keep in mind that Love and Romance is not something you do once a year. It's a daily lifestyle!
