BEAUTY | Start the Day Right: Fruits that Make You Beautiful

FRUITS are important part of our nutrition, you can eliminate cellulite only if you eat lots and lots of fruits daily. Eating fruit the first thing in the morning will provide your body with energy; this absorbed energy will consist entirely of sugars. That's why I decided to start eating fruits early in the day. If I got off to a good start with fruit for breakfast, then I were more likely to reach my goal.



And today I squeeze more fruits into my diet/beauty secret with these healthy, delicious KIWI, PLUM and GRAPES Yum! Yum!

Kiwi - substantially richer in vitamin C than oranges and contain more fiber than apple.
Plum - the super fruit; high in anti-oxidant and to prevent early wrinkles. There's a saying that a plum a day keeps a facelift away.
Grapes -high in antioxidants and they contain the vitamins A, B and C, as well as thirteen minerals essential to human life.
