La Boheme

Hello everyone... here's my first outfit post this year.
I know, I've been out of commission for a while (again). And I am sorry (again)! I seem to do a lot of apologizing lately, for not being able to keep up. Also, I've noticed lately that I keep losing followers since a few days ago. Not one or two, but like 5 at the same time everyday. Are you experiencing these too? It's something very strange.

Anyhoo, back to my #ootd. :) This was my outfit for a day in the city. One of my favorites this season is the all white outfits and as you might know I have a little crush on laces. I think it is the best trend for me. Somehow it makes you looked a carefree gypsy or boho chic. You know, bohemian style has been thrown around in fashion a lot lately and I'm enjoying it so much. Thank you to Yoins because I found this lace dress which is perfect for a boho chic like me.

Wazzup Pilipinas Bloggers Post Holiday Party

Last week, my dear friend/co-blogger Anne Ville Purification of annVassadress invited me to “Ready, set, BLOG” her first ever event this year that she conducted together with her blogger buddy Ross del Rosario, the founder of WazzupPilipinas.

It’s an ultimate get-together experience with other bloggers from different categories as "Ready, set, BLOG" events bring us an afternoon of learning and fun with raffles and giveaways: Wazzup Pilipinas Post Holiday Xmas Party 2016

The party was held in one of the best hotel in Makati, the KL Towers Serviced Residences, which is also one of the major sponsor of the said event. I met so many lovely people and we spent the day engrossed in blogger chatter, getting to know each other and getting tips that gave me a lot to think about. It really opened my eyes when it comes to why they blog and who are they as a blogger. What an inspiration.

We bloggers were pampered that night with fun games, picture taking, food and wine, plus we took home tons of freebies and prizes.

The long lasting Wazzup Pilipinas :)

So, here are all the freebies  I took home and look... I won a bottle of wine. Yippie :)

When night falls and the city lights up, I enjoyed the view from the balcony of our hotel room.

The event itself was a little different as we had a chance to stay overnight and we enjoyed the use of the sauna and swimming pool of KL Towers Hotel.

Overall the event was absolutely amazing and I had such a brilliant night! I really can’t put into words how much fun I had. Thanks to Ann and Ross for organizing it.

New Year 2016

As I sit on my bed in my silent room looking for some New Year Eve’s recipes through my newly bought magazine, I can’t help but reflect on the past year. I smile as AJ Rafael’s melodic voice softly fills the air and the scent of freshly baked macaroni wafts in from our toasty kitchen signaling the commencement of the holiday season. While the member of my family watching The Maze Runner at the living room, I’m sipping caramel macchiato and stop for a moment and just express some gratitude giggles about the beauty of 2015.

I find myself wondering how the time has gone by so quickly. I am extremely grateful for each and every experience I have had as a fashion blogger, photographer, as a model and online advertiser for some well-known fashion store in the world, as a new writer at Wattpad, being a member of different organizations and charities and most importantly as a health coach. I felt very fortunate and inspired to have been able to spend time to help all the people around me especially those who’s in needs and keep everyone motivated on their healthy journey and free from diseases. This adventure is so fulfilling and it’s so magical to be receiving so much empowerment all along the way. Earlier this year, I was able to obtain new businesses, to travel more, to help more, to give more, to love more and getting ready to go on a series of a big new adventure. I’m so excited and grateful to be able to share this journey with all of you.

In 2015, 183 countries viewed my blog (http://www.itsjulieann.com) – I find that statistic quite amazing. It feels great knowing that you have successful people cheering you on. It really made a difference. So, I want to send out a huge thank you and endless love to all of you beautiful people for all of the kind words of encouragement you send me every day. My blog and Facebook has been my favorite place to find inspiration, a way for me to connect with such special people from all around the world and it's helped me grow in so many ways!

All of the empowering comments, emails and direct messages I receive make me feel so appreciated, and inspire me to continue sharing from my heart on here. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I am right now if it wasn't for all of my friends and readers. I appreciate all of you who have also opened up your hearts and shared. You inspire my highest being.

THANK YOU for making this a great year. I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the new year! CHEERS!!!!
