Can you believe it's New Year's Eve already?! It has been a really good year for me and it passed so quickly. I met so many amazing people, made new fantastic friends and got myself so many incredible memories and experiences. It seems like quite a good year with a lot of lessons learned. I know for sure that the next year is going to be even better. I couldn't be more excited about the new season, new clothes, new friends, more events and who knows, maybe a whole new chapter in my life and I can't wait for it to begin!

It really made a difference. I want to let everyone know that I read and appreciate every single email you write to me privately, every card and letter I get via snail mail, and every post or comment on social media. I don't always have time right away to answer, but I try to answer every email or letter I can. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I am in this fashion world if it wasn't for all of you my readers, followers, friends and international sponsors.

I love this combination of black and dark red, also the spikes cap and spikes Lita boots to finish the whole look. I’ve been lusting over spike Lita boots for quite some time now and I have to say, they are one of my favorite items at this moment. As to the cap, I found them in a local shop in Tutuban and fell in love with it that exact minute. I seem to have gone a little spike crazy lately, its like my little obsession. I'm seriously lost for words trying to explain how happy I am with the end result.

These simply outfit photos were taken by my cousin Angel last Dec. 1, during our 2nd day of Holiday Bazaar. I took the chance to take some #ootd shots, wearing my chiffon skirt in aquamarine that I designed myself some weeks ago, and I liked the result. When I saw this floral print knitted pullover, I simply fell inlove with it. Don't get me wrong, they are super cute, feminine and very on trend. It's absolutely perfect, especially for summer, because it's so light and breathable.
I paired it with my pink chiffon skater skirt which is in my new collection and also available in pastel colors. Chiffon skirt is always an elegant and fashionable style and you can pair it with anything and is most suited to summer looks because the material is very light.
I really wanted a beautiful floral head piece for this shoot to make the outfit look sweet and I didn't add any accessories so that the outfit can speak for itself. Oh and the floral wedges :) I didn't even think of buying floral wedges until I spotted these gorgeous and super comfy beauties in my local shopping centre... and that was the exact moment I had to get them!

One trend I am eager to jump all over, is the checker board prints. Checker board print can be tricky, as by nature the prints are loud and attention grabber. So, I kept my accessories simple and wore just a few statement pieces like my neon bag and pumps -- inspired by retro sixties with a classic twist. A little check can go a long way, no matter where you decide to include the pattern in your wardrobe,  but make sure you keep at least one part of your outfit a solid color to go easy on the eyes.
