It's Christmas

This is the outfit that I wore to the Christmas Eve party! Another new dress from Pink Fashion that I absolutely adore. It has some structure to it, which actually comes with its own wide black belt but I changed it from black to red to get in the Christmas spirit. Red always seem festive to me and I felt super happy and comfortable with this look. What do you think, guys?

Christmas is the most wonderful time of year. I love the excitement in the air, the festivities and the closeness of family and friends. I love the holiday treats, exchange gifts, presents, Christmas parties and Christmas movies and music. The family time, the colorful and sparkling decorations, the Christmas shopping and the holiday rush. Everybody is so happy, the towns and cities are busy and sparkling with over-the-top Christmas lights and decorations.
I love everything about it and most of all it reminds me of my childhood. It's so magical.

What about you guys, what do you love most about Christmas?

As each of you celebrate this Christmas season, I truly hope that you thoroughly enjoy the time with your family, friends and the faith which is the reason for the season.

My Christmas Wishlist

It's Christmas time, I thought I would share some of my "Christmas Wishlist" for Santa this year. And if someone wants to secretly send some of these to me, I wouldn't complain. :)

1. This bright pink blazer is from Hugo, it's quite expensive so anything similar to this is okay.

2. I'm getting tired of my iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S3 is soooo much better than iPhone especially the camera quality.

3. Black full skater skirt - so cool!

4. Any pink lipstick but this perfect pink lipstick is from Topshop by Louise Gray.

5. My ever favorite Jeffrey Campbell Lita with spike.

6. TeenVogue Magazine September 2012 Issue with Selena Gomez on the cover, I've been looking for this since forever, she's my girl crush.

7. My Lacoste Joy of Pink Perfume is almost empty, I still want one.

8. I really like this funky all-over spike cap from Romwe.

Are you sick of my field trip posts, yet? Sorry, I just can't get enough, but I'm done with it! Now, I'll just show you what I wore on our whole day trip.

Traveling is exciting and fun but if you want to enjoy every bit of it then you have to be particular in the clothes that you wearing for the trip. I usually wear leggings and quick drying breathable clothing, like what I'm wearing here, minus the jacket, they look equally good with or without the jacket, right? I just added the necklace and changed my shoes - for photoshoot sake. lol!

This leggings with graffiti designs is really funky and playful, t first I wasn't sure how to wear it and what to combine with, but then I tried different tops with it and realised it's actually not as difficult as I thought it'd be. It's all about the right colour scheme and the way it suits you. For this particular look I chose colorful cap and orange satchel bag for a more playful look.

Field Trip: San Guillermo Parish Church

This is our last trip in this town where we can explore the whole San Guillermo Parish Church (or popularly, Bacolor Church) in Pampanga, it is well-known throughout the Philippines. It's a beautiful church with its own unique character and I really wanted to share some of it's ravishing details with you.

Its 12-meter altitude has been cut into half after the devastating Mt. Pinatubo eruption on June 15, 1991. Lahar flow devoured the town leaving its 50,000 residents homeless. Nevertheless, the spirit of bayanihan emanated from the town’s people as they dug up and recovered the altar. They relocated it under the dome in order for the tall wooden retablo to fit in. When the lahar hardened, many returned and build their homes.

It also served as the set for the location shoot of a high-rating soap opera in 2009, May Bukas Pa. It is a local drama series with a religious tone that revolves around the life of its protagonist, the boy Santino and his relationship with BRO (Jesus Christ) whose image can be seen inside the Church. Undoubtedly, it made the Church more famous that many local tourists visit it regularly. (http://knapsack.weebly.com/)

Somehow this makes the church really unusual. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the photos guys!

I took pictures and identified the different spots where scenes from May Bukas pa was taken. I even took a photo with “BRO” (as Santino call Him), an image of Jesus Christ the Risen Lord.

Jeans in Floral Print

I'm not a hater but I'm not a pants fan, I think I've said this before that's why you rarely so me wearing pants on my blog post, but this pants really caught my attention. Saw them on Asos last month and instantly bought them. There was something about this pants that got my attention - it's floral! Tee-hee!

Floral print make me happier than they should, they have some unexplained power to calm my mood. So, that's it. Do I have to say more?

Field Trip: Dinosaurs Island

As a continuation in my series of posts about our recent Field Trip to Subic, Pampanga. After our fun time at Zoocobia Family Fun Zoo, we will aboard our private bus and leave the zoo. We then headed to Dinosaurs Island, arriving approximately at 12 p.m. for lunch.
